Details for this weekend for parents and cadets:

Stratford Sea Cadets annual Royal Naval Parade takes place on Friday 18th September at 7pm.
We hope you will be able to join us for this important evening.
Over the past year the cadets and staff have again been working hard training for and competing in various competitions and events that make up the yearly calendar and this inspection by the Area Officer is the formal assessment of our efforts. For those parents and guests who have not been to an RNP before I have would like to take this opportunity to give you a brief outline of what is involved in the evening’s activities and, most importantly, why we have a Royal Naval Parade.
The Royal Navy by agreement with the Marine Society and Sea Cadets inspects every sea cadet unit once a year to ensure that the high standards of training are being maintained. A serving Royal Naval Officer, Commander Jos Binns RN, will carry out this year’s inspection. We hope you will be able to join us.
